Refund Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the refund terms for different types of products and services offered on this website.

Digital Products

No refunds once downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exception: If the digital product is defective, corrupted, or significantly different from its description, please contact me within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue. I will provide a replacement or refund at my discretion.

Services & Bookings

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Project Cancellation

For ongoing projects, refunds are prorated based on work completed. A review of completed work will be provided before any partial refund is issued.

Physical Products

Return Window

You may return physical products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

Courses & Training

Course purchases include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Condition: Refunds are not available if you have completed more than 30% of the course content or downloaded course materials.

  3. For damaged items, attach photos of the damage
  4. I will respond within 2-3 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
